Lucidy

I get off my bed and slowly walk a couple of meters to the window. The brightness of the world outside blinds my eyes and gradually makes everything smooth down in my vision. I blink my eyes and look through the glass at the glowing light up in the sky.

I feel the wind as it partly gets through the insulation and I see trees waving outside. The light starts wobbling.

A strange feeling fills my inside with a need to make a blow; confused by this feeling I blow at the sky.

The light goes off - like a tiny candle thrown into the waves of an ocean. Unintentionally I fly through the window, turn around in the air, and see myself inside behind the intact window.

I realize it wasn't the sun I blew off, and I'm not awake. I'm still in my own dream, wandering around in my very own consciousness while my body is still sleeping somewhere in the distant reality. I don't know where, I don't remember. All I feel is the blurred world around my virtual self.

When you realize...

After all, no matter how long you think about it, one thing is ultimately undeniable:
A person, a community, or the whole human kind -- at all scales we are realizing our own expectations.

Politic replan

What if instead of (Finland's) current political order (Parties - parties' representers - voters) we happened to have a new option?

Direct democracy based on a couple of hard-changeable laws highly utilizing reach of media.

What if we had a system where the political faces in TV had equal votes to all the people currently voting for them?

If there were
  • the people having 1 vote / person,
  • public argumenters also having  1 vote / person,
  • law enforcement having no votes at all

all (except the last ones) making decisions based on their own opinions and one table of very basic moral rules, would that really be worse than the current system where people now vote for a few faces who can only advertise themselves to masses in case they've got enough money, and who after being selected are practically forced to think by their party's "guidelines" - not by their own feelings?

What if the people (as well as the argumentors) were the ones to insert their improvement ideas on a - let's say - official bulletin board, argumentors then analyzed the choices (their reasons and results (including on long scale)) and gave their own vote publicly in media, giving the people the ultimate chance to actually decide about what matters?

The cause?

Some times my mind's just wandering,
those days I catch myself wondering:
What's up with all the control, hate and slaughtering,
when we all could be gathering,
researching, improving, and finally successing?
